Arrival And Departure AssistanceOur special teams that would be kept at Mumbai and New Delhi shall provide all assistance needed in transit (like airport transfers, hotel accommodation for stay and escorting back to the airports) at arrival time in India as well as at departure time from India, apart from post-workshop tours. Hotels are the same as given under the study tours.The international delegates are requested to book their air tickets from starting country airport to Hyderabad (India) airport for both onward and return journeys via Mumbai or New Delhi. The international delegates should send travel plan regarding arrivals and departures to the Local Working Committee Chair, Mr. P Vidyasagar sufficiently in advance though e-mail, preferably before the 25th September 2004.
