Hyderabad-Site of the Meeting

The ICGI-2004 Workshop will be held at Hotel Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, India from October 10-13, 2004. It is recommended that the delegates should reach Hyderabad preferably on morning of Sunday, the 10th October 2004 so as to get acclimatized with the environment of Hyderabad. Hyderabad being a tourist attraction and excellent centre of education, research and business is very well connected with Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkatta. Delegates arriving from outside can very well arrive via Mumbai or New Delhi. The climate in October will be slightly warm and humid with night and day temperatures ranging between 20 C to 27 C. A business suit is preferable for the meeting. However, for other programmes cotton clothing is recommended.

Hotels at Hyderabad

The ICGI meeting venue, the Hotel Taj Krishna, is a Five Star Deluxe Hotel. Several excellent star hotels are also available in the range of US $ 85-160 per day. Reservations should be made directly with the hotels as early as possible to get choice of rooms.
