Visas

A valid passport and visa are required for most nationalities entering India. Indian Embassies and Consulates are being notified of the event and advised to expedite visa procedure.

Registration

Participants are requested to register directly through on-line registration see link http://icgi.tamu.edu

Registration fees

Within due date (30th July 2004) Rs. 2500 (for Indian participants), US$ 150 (for outside India participants) US$ 50 (for accompanying spouse)
After due date (after 30th July 2004): Rs. 3,000 (for Indian participants), US$ 180 (for outside India participants), US$ 60 (for accompanying spouse)

Payment Method for Overseas Participants:

On-site payment by cash / by credit card at Hyderabad

For on-line payment via credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover, Am.Expr., only) look for a link at the meeting web-site: http://www.peopleware.net/1542. Dr. Stelly has arranged for the link to a secure web site for credit card payment of registration fees and post-meeting tours.

Payment Method for Participants from India:

Registration On-Line

May send the registration fee by Bank Demand Draft in favour of the Indian Society for Cotton Improvement payable at MUMBAI (Bank Commission to be borne by Participant). Cheques will not be accepted.

OR On-site payment by cash / by credit card at Hyderabad

Cancellation: No provision

Abstract Submission

Abstracts MUST be submitted via the ICGI web site:icgi.tamu.edu/meeting/2004/abstracts.html.
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to August 13 2004.
