| A2: | Registration Fees are covered for international participants. | |

| A3: | CCRI will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner
to all participants during conference including arriving/departing dates. | |
| Q4: | How to make hotel reservation for the conference? | |
| A4: | Hotel reservation page is currently under construction, and it will be available online once the final arrangement is made.

| Q5: | How to get Anyang Hotel? | |
| A5: | It is highly recommended that international participants make reservation
for their hotel in Anyang Hotel because the conference venue is just in the hotel. To arrive in Anyang Hotel, please visit Arrival and Departure for the details. Chinese participants shall provide your train/bus numbers and scheduled arrival time, CCRI will pick you up at the Anyang Train Station/Bus Terminal. | |

| A7: | Submitting a paper is on a voluntary basis and is not required for attending the conference.
The conference will accept submission of abstracts from registered
participants for oral or poster presentation.
Any registered participant can
submit one abstract or more.
Note that a deadline (April 1,2008)
for abstract submission will apply if you want to be considered for oral presentation.
Participants whose paper is selected
for oral presentation will be notified before the conference. | |
